I first knew of Amy Greely through Helen Winnemore's, a gift shop I worked at where they carried her work. She creates gorgeous sculptural jewelry pieces that are modern metal-wrought interpretations of the natural world. Identity has always been a complex topic for me. Since moving to America, I have always had a sense of unbelonging. My family roots are in India, but I was born in England, and moved to the US in Junior High. I can speak Mandarin fluently but my Punjabi is at a child's level.
