Where are your cards made?

All of my paper goods are designed and printed in Columbus, Ohio. The stickers are designed in Columbus and printed in California. 

What type of materials do you use?

The cards and art prints are printed on 100% PCW recycled paper, and come with a 100% recycled Kraft envelope as well as a plant-based clear compostable sleeve. I use these sleeves to protect the cards from wear and tear from shopping at markets and in shops. I remove the sleeves for online orders to reduce unnecessary packaging unless specifically requested not to! Stickers are made of waterproof vinyl and do not have additional packaging. 

I typically use 90% PCW Kraft mailers and shipping boxes. In some circumstances for unusually sized orders I also use USPS shipping boxes.

Shipping and Returns

How long will it take for my order to ship?

I strive to pack and fill orders as quickly as possible, Monday-Thursday. At most your order will be processed within 3-5 business days unless I'm away from my shipping office (I'll let you know in the banner on the front page of the website if I am). All orders are shipped via USPS and you should receive an estimate of how long shipping should take once it arrives at the post office at checkout. Please plan your purchase accordingly for the time it might take you to receive your order sent from Columbus, OH. If any unusual delays are expected in sending out your order, I will let you know by email.

If you have any questions about your order, or if you have a deadline that you need to meet, please send me an email and I will do my best to work something out. 

What is your return policy?

Items that are unused and undamaged may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned item.

Custom work is not refundable.

Custom Work

Are you available for custom work?

Yes! You can email  me for more information. Please be aware that my availability for custom work varies throughout the year. Custom orders are paid upfront and are nonrefundable. 

Commissions for pet portraits, or re-drawings of one of my designs featuring your animal etc. typically start at $50-$100 depending on the size.

Resizing of a greeting card design as a one of my art print sizes is usually possible, and takes 2-3 weeks and is $25-$35 depending on size.
